Delete your Link account
You can schedule deletion of your TradeWeave Link account and associated personal Link data at any time.
Delete from Link
- Sign in to the Link web, desktop, iOS, or Android app.
- Open your account settings and choose Delete Link account.
- Type your signed-in email address to confirm. Link schedules deletion after a 30-day grace period, and you can cancel from the same screen before that date.
What happens next
During the 30-day grace period your Link account remains active. When the grace period ends, Link revokes access and removes your profile details, conversation memberships, saved work, preferences, notification subscriptions, and other personal Link state. Shared messages and shared work records remain available to collaborators and are attributed to “Deactivated user.”
Deleting Link does not delete your shared TradeWeave sign-in or accounts in other TradeWeave products. Workspace owners must transfer ownership before deletion can finish. We may retain the minimum information required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, retention policies, and backup integrity until it is no longer needed.
