Privacy Policy
TradeWeave Link is a workplace communication and revenue-execution service for authorized members and customer seats in a TradeWeave workspace. This policy explains how TradeWeave handles information in the Link website and its macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android applications.
Information we handle
- Account and workspace information, such as your name, work email, profile image, role, team status, organization, and authentication identifiers.
- Content you submit, including channels, direct and group messages, threads, reactions, files, decisions, tasks, reminders, follow-ups, customer context, and support requests.
- Device and service information needed to operate and secure Link, such as notification tokens, authentication sessions, IP address, request logs, app version, crash details, and diagnostic data.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide collaboration and follow-through features, synchronize authorized TradeWeave and customer-workflow tools, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, support users, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use Link content for third-party advertising.
Service providers
TradeWeave uses service providers that process information on our behalf, including Google and Apple for authentication or notification delivery, Supabase for authentication and application infrastructure, and hosting, storage, email, monitoring, and customer-authorized integration providers. Their processing is limited to operating and securing the service or completing an action you authorize.
Sharing and visibility
Content is visible to the participants of the applicable channel, conversation, account room, or workspace. Workspace administrators may access or manage information when necessary for security, support, compliance, retention, or business continuity. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business reorganization.
AI-assisted features
When enabled by your organization and permitted by your Link privacy settings, Link may process selected conversation context to suggest summaries, decisions, risks, owners, dates, and next steps. Link identifies the supporting messages where the feature provides evidence. Organization controls and access permissions continue to apply.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, backup, and legal purposes. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, use the account-deletion instructions or email [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to preserve legitimate business records and shared-workspace integrity.
Security and choices
We use access controls, encrypted transport, managed authentication, and operational monitoring to protect information. No system is completely secure. You can control notification delivery and sounds in Link and in your operating-system settings, and you can sign out at any time.
Children and changes
Link is a workplace service and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will publish the revised effective date here.
